Cancellation policies
The amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 30 days of the reservation date, but 25 € will be charged for expenses. If the reservation date is less than 30 days away, there will be no refund from PortoVivo.
Operating policies
Parties are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed
Parking on the street has a parking meter according to City rules. It is free from 7pm to 9am on weekdays and all day on Sundays and holidays.
Bookings
The maximum capacity per apartment is 4 people.
The reservation will be confirmed after payment.
PortoVivo has the right to cancel the reservation for which payment has not been made.
The arrival will be charged a Tourist Tax of 2 € per person/night.
